I use a stippling brush that’s not too dense and it’s very easy to use. It isn’t streaky or clumpy, it doesn’t enhance pores or texture and I like it both on top of powder or underneath. You definitely have to build up the colour which as I said in the past is my personal preference with face products. The formula is quite soft and smooth, it has a light– medium pigmentation. On the cardbox you can read the shade name but on the pot it’s so so tiny I hadn’t noticed it until my frient Simone pointed it out. It comes in a plastic pot like a cream, it’s not the most sanitary packaging but it feels very nice and fancy. It took me a while because this shade was sold out for months but I finally have it and now I can tell you everything about it. I’m definitely on a quest to find the best cream blush out there, I’ve bought so many in the past few months and this elf one looked so good. Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the elf Cosmetics Putty Blush in the shade Turks And Caicos.
